Cocktails 101: Texas Roadhouse's Armadillo Punch
A few weeks ago, I went to lunch with my mother at a restaurant called Texas Roadhouse. She and I both ordered one of their featured cocktails, the Armadillo Punch. I thought it was delicious enough to see if I could make my own rendition of it so I could have it at home. My recipe turned out tasting very similar!
1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
Optional: Use a maraschino cherry and a lemon slice for garnish
Shake in a cocktail shakers Add ice and strain into two glasses. Garnish and serve!
